"Honestly, No Sales Growth Whatsoever"
I was really hoping this would make some kind of difference for our sales, but nothing changed. We put time into it, expected at least a little growth, and ended up disappointed. It’s frustrating when something sounds promising but doesn’t actually move the needle at all.

"Got it sorted in the end"
I had a problem with my order and had to go back and forth with support a few times, which was a bit ridiculous. They did eventually fix everything, so I can’t complain too much, but the whole process was definitely slower than it should’ve been.

"Started off well, but communication got frustrating"
I worked with them for quite a while, and in the beginning things were solid. Over time though, the communication and follow-up started to feel lacking. I often found myself expecting clearer instructions or more guidance on next steps, which didn’t always happen. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it just didn’t feel like the reliable partner we were hoping for anymore.

"I feel stupid for trusting them"
They do reply most of the time, but they’re definitely not always around when you need them. Sometimes the responses are slow, and I feel kind of stupid for trusting them to be more reliable.

"The replies were a bit hard to follow"
They did get back to me, so I appreciated that. But I was mainly trying to focus on one specific issue, and the replies kind of bounced around, which made it confusing. I ended up asking the same thing more than once before I felt like I understood the answer

"Felt a bit impersonal and not that helpful"
I tried using them for help with selling on Walmart Marketplace, but it didn’t feel like there was a real person on the other end. The advice I got was basic, and responses felt slow. I was hoping for more practical answers I could actually use, but it just didn’t really help much

"retail media results were underwhelming"
we tried them out for retail media, but the results just didn’t really move the needle for us. the reporting was a bit confusing and felt slower than i expected, which made it harder to tell what was actually working. maybe other teams have better luck with it, but for us it didn’t feel worth the cost.

"There were a few solid ecommerce strategy..."
There were a few solid ecommerce strategy tips in here, and we did pick up some useful ideas. That said, a lot of the advice felt basic and not really specific to our business. It wasn’t bad, but some of the generic recommendations felt avoidable if more time had been spent understanding our actual needs.

"Expected quicker follow-ups from my account manager"
I was disappointed with the account management. I reached out a few times and expected a faster response, but it often felt like I was being ignored. A simple follow-up or update would have made a big difference.

"Didn’t really improve our ad spend"
I tried Onestone because I was hoping it would help us get more out of our ad spend, but the ROAS just didn’t really improve. After a few weeks, it still felt like we were kind of guessing what was working, only now we were paying extra for it.

Maybe it’s a better fit for bigger teams with more volume or more resources, I’m not sure. Support was fine and nothing went terribly wrong, but the results just weren’t there for us, so I wouldn’t use it again

"Felt a bit rushed and didn’t see much improvement"
I tried onestone.com for campaign optimization and was hoping it would make a bigger difference. The setup itself was fine, but everything felt a little rushed, like we were moving through it without really digging into what our campaigns needed. The changes they made didn’t really improve results much for us, and the reporting wasn’t always clear, so I ended up asking follow-up questions a few times. Support was polite, but replies weren’t exactly quick. Maybe it’s a better fit for larger accounts, but for us it didn’t feel worth the cost.

"I kept noticing little things in the listing..."
I kept noticing little things in the listing that didn’t really line up, and after reading through it a couple times, it just didn’t give me the useful details I was looking for. It wasn’t terrible, but overall it wasn’t very helpful

"Marketplace help felt disconnected"
I was hoping for better help managing my marketplace listings, but it didn’t really improve much. The listings still looked messy, and support took a while to get back to me. it kind of had that feeling like there wasn’t a real person on the other end paying attention.

"I wasn’t really sure what to make of it"
I spent some time on One Stone, i just didn’t come away feeling all that confident. Maybe it’s just me, but I kept having to click around and piece things together, and after a while I was like, wait, what exactly are they offering here? I don’t know, I guess I prefer when a site just lays things out clearly from the start. Some people might not mind digging a bit, but for me it kind of raised more questions than it answered.

"I went in already thinking I might have..."
I went in already thinking I might have to push a bit to get real strategy input, that’s pretty much how it played out. They were fine overall, but I found myself chasing them for the useful ideas instead of getting proactive guidance from the start. I was hoping they’d prove me wrong, but the experience mostly reinforced my expectations...

"Felt misleading and not worth it"
I tried Onestone because the wording made it sound like they’d be a lot more hands-on with Amazon help, but that really wasn’t my experience. Most of the advice I got was basic, and support took longer than I expected. In the end, I still had to figure out a lot of it on my own, which was frustrating because that’s exactly what I thought I was paying to avoid. Maybe it’s useful for some people, but for me it felt misleading and not worth the time.

"Follow-up felt disorganized"
The project follow-up was frustrating. Updates either came late or didn’t come at all, and the timeline kept moving around without much explanation. What made it worse was the tone of the communication—it felt kind of casual and dismissive for something we were trying to plan around. It never really felt like anyone was clearly owning the process

We were hoping for some actual help during our launch, but the support was painfully slow and not very useful. The whole thing felt like dealing with the “Launch Experts” in name only.

"The analytics seemed to lag quite a..."
The analytics seemed to lag quite a bit for me, and I found the reports kind of confusing to navigate. Anyway... it wasn’t unusable, but it definitely made getting the info I needed more frustrating than expected

"Inventory help was a total mess"
I had a annoying time trying to get help with inventory. Nobody seemed to give me a straight answer, and ops support was slow as hell. The emails just kept going in circles like some dumb little circus, and in the end I still had to fix half the stuff myself. not what I was hoping for at all...
